What we test, and how often
In-house lab, not a rented one. Every batch is sampled against the same checklist that produced the certification file.
- Cell incoming inspectionCapacity grading, IR and self-discharge on every lot.
- 100% aging4-hour charge/discharge on every finished unit before packing.
- Drop & vibration1.2m six-face drop, 3-axis vibration per ISTA 1A.
- ThermalCharge/discharge at 45°C and -10°C, surface temperature logged.
- Over-charge / shortDestructive sampling per batch on the protection board.
- SoC verificationState of charge measured and recorded below 30% before DG packing.
